Inspiration can come from many different places. Whether it’s a comment a friend casually makes at lunch that hits you like a bolt of lightning, or the result of long hours working past the obvious, it can strike when you least expect it. The trick is to be open to the possibilities that the universe throws at you.
Marketing28 didn’t have to go far to find the inspiration for the new Gates Manufacturing logo, though. Using the geometry of their tray make-up slats, we were able to create an elegant and appropriate mark. The only hold-over from their previous identity, the color red, is featured both in the logo and backgrounds of the stationery creating a strong family look.
Now that the new logo and stationery are up and out there, we’re looking forward to sharing the new website. Soon! Very soon!
